In preparation for the 2010 Olympics (and in an effort to show my Scottish pride), I thought I'd post some of my favorites of figure ice skating. For me, watching ice skating is the closest thing to watching humans fly. I love that it contains the element of absolute trust and precision, as well as the buff legs. sigh. Enjoy!

yet one more thing we have in common...a love of the olympics and ice skating. not so much the scottish thing, but english is close, right?!
I have to agree...there's just something wonderful about watching all of that skill effortlessly glide across the ice...its one of my favorite events in the Olympics!!! Now the costumes on the other hand:)...Joseph has some qualms with that part.
